What to Expect Your First Sunday at Collective Church
Never been to church before — or haven't been in years? Here's exactly what a Sunday morning at Collective Church looks like, from parking to the last song.

Walking into a new church for the first time can feel intimidating. You don't know where to go, what to wear, or whether you'll feel out of place. We get it. So let us tell you exactly what to expect.
Before You Arrive
Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Seriously. Jeans, a dress, a flannel — it doesn't matter. We want you to feel like yourself, not like you're performing.
We'll have coffee ready when you walk in. Because obviously.
When You Walk In
Someone will greet you at the door — not in a pushy way, just a genuine "Hey, glad you're here." If you have kids, we'll walk you over to our children's area first so you can get them settled before the service starts.
Find a seat wherever feels comfortable. No assigned spots, no pressure to sit in the front row.
The Service Itself
We start with music — a mix of contemporary worship songs and some classic hymns reimagined. It's not a performance; it's a room full of people singing together, some of them well, some of them not, all of them meaning it.
Then there's a message — usually about 30-35 minutes. We try to make it practical and honest. We're not going to pretend the Bible doesn't have hard parts, and we're not going to pretend life isn't complicated.
The whole service runs about 75 minutes.
After the Service
Stick around. This is honestly the best part. We hang out, drink more coffee, and actually talk to each other. No one's going to corner you and ask you to sign up for anything. But if you want to meet people and ask questions, this is the time.
Ready to come? We'd love to see you.
